Restitution allows the offender to take accountability by compensating the victim for damages, while offering the offender an alternative to conviction and incarceration for minor offenses. This program clears low level offenses from the court calendar, freeing up resources for more pressing cases.
To make a restitution payment online please complete the form below. You must have a valid email address to make a payment on line. If this is your first payment on-line or through our Restitution Program, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached.
Confirmation emails are sent after every payment.
